FORMAL PROPOSAL

If our style and budget alignment meets your expectations, we'll send a detailed proposal. The proposal includes specific design concepts, itemized costs, and service details. Once the proposal is signed your date is booked!

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

We’ll create storyboards, sketches, or digital mock-ups to visualize the overall design. We’ll collaborate with you to refine and finalize the design elements.

DISCOVERY CALL

Schedule a call to discuss your vision and requirements. We’ll share ideas and establish a general budget you’re comfortable with. Receive a rough estimate by the end of the call.

Visit the venue to assess the space, layout, and design possibilities. We’ll discuss logistical considerations and any venue-specific requirements.

FAQ

  • To maintain the high standards we set for ourselves and to cover the costs associated with our work, we have implemented a minimum requirement for floral and event design services.

    Our minimums for only fresh florals begins at $7,500 before delivery and taxes whilst Full Service Event Design requires a minimum of $10k and above.

    This minimum requirement allows us to dedicate the time, resources, and attention to detail necessary to ensure that every aspect of your event is executed flawlessly. It covers the cost of sourcing premium flowers, materials, labor, and the expertise of our talented team for the kind of events you see on our Instagram and website.

  • We serve the GTA and surrounding cities. We have gone as far as Muskoka and as local as Mississauga. We do charge a long-distance fee for areas that are 50KM outside of the GTA (Mississauga, Toronto, Brampton, Scarborough, Etobicoke) radius on an as needed basis. For example, a Muskoka wedding would include a long-distance fee.

  • Yes, we offer mockups/samples and they can be added for an additional cost. While we will try our best to use the exact same flowers as your actual centerpiece, it is important to note that select flowers are not available all year. Therefore, samples should be references for size and colour only.

  • Yes! You can choose from our inventory of props, vases, candle stands, arches etc. If you don’t see anything we have, we can happily source it out for you or custom create if needed.

  • If I could give Lemon Truffle Designs more than 5 stars I would. Our wedding was initially planned for 2021 but living in the US and making our wedding happen in Canada required some date changes. Amna was very understanding and flexible with the dates changes. We had several conversations about my overall vision and design including a site tour. Her process is seamless which includes sharing a mood board with color palettes; which translated perfectly into what she created in real life. Amna was always very conscious of our budget and always came up with the best alternatives if something exceeded my budget. What I appreciated most about working with Amna is that she took care of several other vendors (i.e stationary, floor wrap design).
